These Terms of Use govern access to the Max Semiconductors website and use of its sourcing, procurement, quoting, payment, and delivery-coordination services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Max Semiconductors receives component requirements, researches supply options, procures an option approved by the customer, and coordinates delivery from one desk. A request, catalog reference, or informational page is not an offer to sell and does not guarantee stock, price, lead time, authorization, or delivery. Those details become binding only when stated in a written quote or order confirmation.
Requests, quotes, and orders
You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of information submitted, including part numbers, quantities, specifications, shipping details, and files. Quotes are valid only for the period stated and may be subject to supplier confirmation, allocation, minimum quantities, freight, taxes, and compliance requirements. An order is accepted only after written confirmation and any required payment or credit approval.
Payments, taxes, and delivery
Payment instructions, applicable taxes, freight, insurance, and delivery terms are stated in the quote or invoice. Hosted payment pages are provided by a third-party payment processor; Max Semiconductors does not receive or store full card numbers. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, submit malicious files, probe or disrupt its systems, impersonate another person or company, infringe intellectual property, or use information obtained from the site to harm others. We may suspend access or refuse requests presenting security, fraud, compliance, or abuse concerns.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
The site, content, software, branding, and original materials are owned by Max Semiconductors or its licensors. You retain rights to information and files submitted, and grant us the limited rights needed to review, source, quote, procure, and fulfill your request.
